Financial Policies

As a courtesy to you, Yuma Endodontics will gladly submit dental insurance claims on your behalf for any procedures done in our office. Using the information provided by you, we will verify coverage to help you better understand your policy and its available benefits in our office. Our office will then provide you with a treatment plan estimate which will be due at the time of service. Please understand that your insurance claims are paid according to your dental benefits that were negotiatied between your employer and the insurance company.
